To be honest, I don’t know you should.

I’m not the most qualified coach with hundreds of certificates in nutrition or decades of research under my belt, but I’ve been over 10 years in the industry. And in those years, I have learned the only way (based on science) to lose weight and keep it off is with the building block of al diets. If that’s what you want, then you can read my content and stay. If not, then you’re free to go out there and keep listening to pseudo-science advice that just sounds right from “influencers” and “experts” that simply contradict themselves.

Worse, when people get caught up with a fad diet thinking it’s the magic pill… they only end up worse because they gained their weight back (and in most cases, they added some extra pounds).
