Here’s a simple truth that everyone should know… and the moment you accept this as a truth, you’ll be able to not worry about dieting again.
Ready?
Losing fat is straightforward. Keeping it off is where the game is.
Not an easy pill to digest, I know.
Let me explain.
Not only choosing a terrible and restrictive protocol like keto or IF can make you lose fat (I’ll cover in another email why they are not the enemy, though), but it’s after you’re done with it where you’re really going to put in the effort.
What’s the point of losing 4-5kg (about 10lbs) of fat in a month or two if you’re going to gain them back in the next month or two?…
Now, don’t think that you’ll need to stay low on calories for the rest of your life.
That’s unnecessary and probably not sustainable for you in the long term.
This also relates to the problem most people have when dieting… they only think short term rather than long term.
They want to lose 10 kilos overnight if possible and keep that weight.
Yet, what’s the reason to rush?…
No, really.
99.99999% of the chances are you don’t really need to rush it.
I know there might be an upcoming event and you want to look your best where everyone notices it and gives you compliments…or maybe you set up a particular date to be in shape as a goal.
Still, taking things as it’s now or never will only make you feel miserable when doing it, and then worse when you gain the weight back (and then some).
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
You can actually not only enjoy whenever you attempt to reduce those inches, but know that no matter what you’ll not regain those pounds again.
If you’d like to know how to structure your life around your diet (and not the other way around), then you’re gonna want to sign up to my daily emails where I show you how to do exactly that.
